MVH Maintenance Services is seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. If you have a strong background in maintenance services, including preparing accurate quotes for a wide variety of projects, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance projects for various types of buildings, ensuring high-quality service.
Prepare and review accurate quotations for different maintenance services, including repairs, installations, and preventive measures.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Coordinate with team members to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and MVH Maintenance Services' commitment to quality and sustainability.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in building maintenance and supervisory roles.
Strong knowledge of pricing, cost estimation, and budget management.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with maintenance software (preferred).
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
