An electromechanical contracting company located in Mussafah Industrial Area - Abu Dhabi is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager meeting the following criteria:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the United Arab Emirates within electromechanical contracting and construction sectors.
Strong background in electromechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and overall management of contracting projects.
Proven experience in fit-out works is highly preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of project planning, execution, team leadership, and site supervision.
Solid understanding of UAE regulations, codes, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
Ability to lead multiple technical teams and ensure timely project delivery.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients, suppliers, and authorities.
Salary will be determined after the interview depending on experience and qualifications.
