Operations Manager - Mortgages
, you will own and streamline end-to-end mortgage operations, ensuring speed, compliance, and exceptional customer experience across all mortgage journeys.
This role is critical in scaling XOTO's mortgage vertical by bridging
sales, banks, compliance, and tech platforms

Key ResponsibilitiesMortgage Operations & Process Management
Own end-to-end mortgage operations--from lead allocation to loan disbursement
Design, optimize, and document SOPs for mortgage processing and approvals
Ensure seamless coordination between sales teams, banking partners, and customers
Banking & Partner Coordination
Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and mortgage partners
Track SLAs, turnaround times (TAT), and approval ratios
Resolve escalations and bottlenecks with lenders proactively
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all processes comply with UAE regulatory and banking norms
Oversee documentation accuracy, eligibility checks, and audit readiness
Maintain strong KYC, AML, and credit assessment standards
Team & Performance Management
Lead and manage mortgage processing and operations teams
Set KPIs for productivity, quality, and conversion efficiency
Conduct regular training to improve process adherence and performance
Technology & Reporting
Work closely with product and tech teams to enhance mortgage workflows
Use CRM, dashboards, and MIS reports to track performance and insights
Drive automation and digitization of mortgage processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-7 years
of experience in mortgage operations, banking, or financial services
Strong understanding of
home loans, eligibility norms, and lender processes
Experience working with
multiple banks and mortgage products
Proven ability to manage teams and cross-functional stakeholders
High attention to detail with strong process and compliance orientation
Comfortable working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
Preferred Background
Experience in
PropTech, FinTech, or Mortgage Brokerage firms
Prior exposure to
UAE mortgage regulations and banking ecosystem
Experience implementing or improving CRM / loan management systems
