Job Description
We are seeking a foundational Operations Manager to lead our market entry operations in Middles eastern and GCC countries. This role offers the unique opportunity to build and shape our operational infrastructure from the ground up, focusing on bringing our medical devices and IVD products to the Market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement core operational processes for medical devices and IVD products in the UAE market
- Lead product registration with regulatory bodies (MOH/DHA) for medical devices and IVD products
- Establish vendor relationships and manage supply chain logistics for healthcare products
- Develop operational strategies to support the launch and commercialization of IVD products
- Build and mentor future teams as the organization expands in the healthcare sector
- Collaborate effectively with headquarters and other global branches to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and standards
