Flock aEUR" a growing delivery-only fried chicken brand aEUR" is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and streamline all day-to-day activities. We are seeking a hands-on, organized individual who can lead operations efficiently and deliver a consistently excellent experience for our customers. Responsibilities: -Oversee daily kitchen operations and shift management -Ensure food quality, packaging standards, and delivery times are consistently met -Manage purchasing and inventory, maintaining optimal stock levels at all times -Handle supplier relations and negotiate favorable terms when needed -Monitor order accuracy and minimize mistakes across all platforms -Recruit, train, and supervise team members -Create and implement clear operational procedures and checklists -Manage scheduling and shift planning for all staff -Oversee customer service, promptly resolving customer issues or complaints -Analyze operational performance and suggest improvements -Manage costs efficiently to maximize profitability -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards -Coordinate maintenance and repair needs for equipment -Support new product launches operationally Requirements: -Visa-18 (transferable) -Proven experience in restaurant or food service operations -Strong leadership and team management skills -Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities -Comfortable with using POS systems and delivery platform dashboards -Based in Kuwait and ready to start immediately Please send your resume/CV
