What We're Looking For:

The Ideal Candidate:

Engineering Degree/Diploma

At least 2 years UAE experience

5+ years

experience in

Interior Fit-Outs

or

Property Management

Proven experience in

Project Management

&

Maintenance

Fluent in

English

(both written and spoken)

UAE driving license

Preference for candidates

accredited by Dubai Municipality

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

site supervision

and

quality control

Manage

project timelines, budgets

, and resources Lead and motivate

staff and subcontractors

Ensure

exceptional customer service

throughout the project lifecycle Develop and review

BOQs

and

quotations
