We are hiring an Operation Manager (Male) for a chocolate production company. Candidate must have 3+ years' experience in food/chocolate manufacturing, strong logistics & HR coordination skills, and be an immediate joiner. Arabic speakers preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily chocolate production, ensuring strict quality and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory, supplier orders, and delivery schedules efficiently.
Coordinate with HR on staffing, onboarding, training, and team discipline.
Support branch expansion planning, including site setup and operational readiness.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in
chocolate or food manufacturing
.
Strong knowledge of
logistics, inventory management, and HR coordination
.
Experience in
multi-site operations or brand expansion
is an advantage.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
Must be available for
immediate joining

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
