Job Description
Ktronix Electronic and Devices is seeking an experienced
Operations Manager (M)
to oversee and coordinate electrical and electronic engineering teams and projects. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, technical excellence, and timely delivery of engineering projects.Key Roles & Responsibilities
Engineering Management:
Lead the engineering department, define technical direction, and manage engineering staff.Project Management (Electrical):
Plan, execute, and oversee completion of electrical projects within engineering or construction frameworks.Technical Management (Electrical):
Provide technical oversight on electrical and mechanical systems, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate with third-party vendors.MEP Management:
Manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across projects, applying broad building systems knowledgeQualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Automation Engineering.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in technical roles with relevant experience in: Low-voltage switchgear Systems design Project management
Knowledge & Skills:
Familiarity with industry codes and standards. Proficiency in 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit is a strong asset. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
