Experience

- 08-15 Yrs

1-

Strategic Leadership:

Setting project goals, defining scope, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and guiding overall project strategy.

2-

Team & Resource Management:

Leading project teams, mentoring junior PMs, allocating financial and human resources, and managing external contractors/vendors.

3-

Planning & Execution:

Developing detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, overseeing execution, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

4-

Stakeholder & Communication:

Serving as the primary liaison with clients, senior management, and third parties, managing expectations, and facilitating communication.

5-

Risk & Performance:

Identifying, mitigating risks, monitoring performance, reporting on progress, and ensuring deliverables meet success criteria.

6-

Process Improvement:

Developing and maturing project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

7- Monitoring Projects Cash flow and cash collection

8- Have handled both construction and fit out projects

9- Cordinatiion with internal and external stakeholders like planning, procurement, technical, clients and consultants
