Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced
Operations Manager
with a strong background in
commercial projects
. The ideal candidate must have
at least 10 years of UAE experience
in a similar role within technical works and/or landscaping, with proven ability to manage operations, teams, and project delivery efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations for commercial technical and landscaping projects
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to meet timelines and budgets
Manage site teams, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments
Control project costs, resources, and materials efficiently
Prepare operational reports and support senior management in decision-making
Resolve operational issues and improve processes for better efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum
10 years of experience in the UAE
in a similar role
Strong experience in
commercialprojects
(landscaping or similar background)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of UAE construction and landscaping practices
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Preferred Background:
Landscaping, MEP, Construction, or general technical works companies
Experience dealing with commercial developments
