Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Operations Manager - Homecare

to manage and coordinate daily homecare operations and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee

daily homecare operations

and staff scheduling Coordinate

nurses, caregivers, and support staff

Manage

patient assignments, visits, and service delivery

Handle

logistics, transportation, and shift planning

Monitor documentation, reports, and service quality Liaise with management, patients, and families

Requirements:



Minimum

1 year UAE experience in Homecare operation

Availability:

Immediate joiner preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
