hands-on Operations Manager
for a growing holiday home company in Dubai.
This is a
field-based role
, not an office job.
You will:
Meet guests in person for check-in
Escort guests to apartments
Inspect apartments after check-out
Ensure cleaning is completed on time
Quality-check apartments before guest arrival
Communicate with guests throughout the check-in process

Requirements (Read Carefully)
Experience with
Holiday Homes / Short-Term Rentals in Dubai
Strong English
(must be confident speaking to guests)
UAE driving licence
(daily driving required)
Able to move between multiple properties per day
Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
Salary
AED 4,000 - 6,000 per month
Performance-based bonuses
