We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for
(SPOTS ELECTROMECHANICAL)
to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our heavy equipment trading and maintenance business. The ideal candidate will manage procurement, sales coordination, inventory, logistics, and after-sales operations while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations of heavy equipment trading activities
Oversee procurement, sales support, inventory control, and logistics
Coordinate with suppliers, dealers, transporters, and service providers
Ensure timely delivery, documentation, and compliance with regulations
Monitor operational costs and improve process efficiency
Supervise warehouse, yard, and operations staff
Handle after-sales support, warranty coordination, and customer satisfaction
Prepare operational reports and support management decision-making
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
2-5 years
of experience in heavy equipment trading or related industry
Strong knowledge of construction machinery, earth-moving equipment, or industrial equipment
Proven experience in operations, logistics, and team management
Excellent negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in international trading and import/export procedures
Knowledge of spare parts management and service operations
UAE / GCC market experience (if applicable)
