Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee B2B, B2C, and warehouse operations for our Food & Beverages Trading Business. The ideal candidate will manage the full supply chain process, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

:

Assist in developing and implementing operations strategies to achieve KPIs & targets. Manage daily operations including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution. Oversee B2B client orders, deliveries, documentation, and service levels. Oversee B2C/e-commerce operations. Lead warehouse activities. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and optimize warehouse processes. Supervise and train operations and warehouse staff, ensuring KPIs are met. Monitor stock levels, reduce wastage, and generate operational reports. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts to support decision-making. Coordinate with production, logistics, and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to support planning. Train, guide, and support junior sales staff in achieving their targets. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company.

Skills & Requirements:

3-5+ years of experience in F&B, FMCG, or trading operations. Strong knowledge of supply chain, warehouse management, and food safety regulations. Experience with both B2B and B2C/e-commerce processes. Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and inventory management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
