Position Overview
We are seeking an Operations Manager with Dubai experience to oversee and streamline our healthcare staffing operations. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and coordination of nurses and caregivers, while maintaining strong relationships with partner organizations.
This role is office-based and requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination
Manage day-to-day operations for nurse and caregiver deployment.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients (Mallak, Cloud Nine, Midfive, Caregivers, etc.) and internal supply teams.
Oversee scheduling, shift management, and staff allocation.
Recruitment & Supply Management
Lead hiring of nurses within 2-week timelines to meet partner requirements.
Source candidates via Indeed, Supply Hire, and internal databases.
Work closely with the supply team to maintain a talent pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for Dubai-based healthcare partners.
Ensure timely fulfilment of staffing needs and resolve operational issues.
Provide weekly updates and maintain strong client satisfaction levels.
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure all nurses/caregivers meet DHA/eligibility and compliance requirements.
Maintain updated records, contracts, and deployment documentation.
Leadership & Process Improvement
Train, guide, and manage internal support staff when needed.
Identify gaps in operations and implement improvement strategies.
Support management in reporting, planning, and scaling new projects.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Dubai in operations, staffing, or healthcare coordination.
Experience managing nurses/caregivers is a strong advantage.
Strong communication and people management skills.
Familiarity with hiring platforms like Indeed.
Able to work efficiently under timelines (e.g., 2-week staffing turnaround).
Excellent organizational and reporting skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
