Operations Manager
to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day bakery operations, including production, quality, and dispatch.
Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to hygiene & safety standards.
Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training.
Coordinate with procurement for raw materials, stock control, and inventory.
Improve operational efficiency and reduce wastage.
Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure smooth functioning.
Implement SOPs and maintain records for audits.
Work closely with sales, production, and management teams to meet business goals.
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Operations, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years experience
in operations management, preferably in a bakery, cafe, or food production environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Good understanding of food hygiene, safety regulations, and quality control.
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work under pressure.
Knowledge of supply chain, inventory, and production planning.
