Operations Manager
to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of mobile repair and refurbishment services across branches.
Supervise teams, including technicians, service staff, and inventory personnel, ensuring high productivity and quality standards.
Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service, repair, and refurbishment processes.
Handle customer escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with management to plan and execute business growth strategies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in electronics repair, retail, or service-based industries.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and operational management tools.
Good communication skills in English.
