JOB OPENING: Operations Manager (Art Mansion Dubai)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: Custom Paint & Creative Workshop

Art Mansion Dubai, a leading custom paint studio, is looking for a skilled Operations Manager who can streamline daily operations and handle basic accounting to support the growth of our workshop.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of Art Mansion's custom paint shop Coordinate workflow between artists, clients, and production Manage job schedules, deadlines, and quality control Handle basic accounting: Daily expenses Invoices Supplier payments Job costing Maintain inventory of materials and supplies Communicate with clients professionally and provide updates Ensure smooth operations and efficient internal processes Report directly to the owner
Requirements:

Experience in operations or workshop management (automotive, custom paint, or creative industry is a plus) Basic accounting knowledge Strong communication and organizational skills Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
