Job Description

Your Role:

You'll oversee the daily flow of operations--managing staff, schedules, logistics, and service quality across multiple locations. You'll ensure that every property under Neatly's care is cleaned, prepared, and released to our 5-star standards.

departments for seamless workflow. Manage booking allocations, late check-outs, and emergency dispatches efficiently. Monitor attendance, productivity, and operational KPIs (timeliness, quality, client satisfaction). Track inventory usage, liaise with vendors and laundry partners, and ensure zero shortages. Support hiring, onboarding, and training of field staff. Generate daily/weekly operational reports and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years' experience

in housekeeping, hospitality, or facilities operations (preferably in UAE). Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills. Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. Comfortable using digital tools (Google Sheets, Glide, or similar apps). Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
