Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Operations Manager

to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our automotive workshops and detailing divisions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain high service quality standards, manage staff efficiently, and drive operational excellence across all units.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage workshop operations, including detailing, paint protection, wrapping, tinting, and vehicle branding. Oversee workflow, scheduling, and manpower allocation to ensure timely completion of jobs. Monitor service quality and enforce standard operating procedures across all teams. Coordinate with procurement, sales, and accounts to ensure seamless operations. Train, mentor, and motivate workshop staff to improve performance and efficiency. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Handle client escalations, ensuring prompt and professional resolution. Ensure workshops and equipment comply with safety standards and company policies. Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in automotive workshop management, detailing, or operations. Strong knowledge of automotive detailing, PPF, wrapping, paint protection, and workshop processes. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office; experience with workshop management

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
