Role Overview:
We're seeking a
hands-on Operations Manager
to oversee daily field operations, scheduling, logistics, and quality control. You'll manage the teams who bring our promise to life -- ensuring every home is prepared on time, stocked, and guest-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor daily cleaning and maintenance schedules.
Supervise housekeeping teams, drivers, and quality inspectors.
Ensure on-time arrivals, proper release procedures, and adherence to SOPs.
Manage inventory movement (linen, amenities, cleaning materials).
Oversee checklists, job tracking, and field reports through the company portal.
Resolve operational bottlenecks -- parking, access, timing, etc.
Coordinate with Customer Service to manage client expectations and emergencies.
Track performance, attendance, and ensure discipline across the team.
Requirements:
3-5 years of operational management experience (preferably in housekeeping, facilities, or holiday homes).
Strong leadership and time-management skills.
Familiar with scheduling tools, Excel, and route planning.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Fluent in English.
