to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of company operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
Supervise and coordinate with
administration, marketing, sales, finance, and HR
teams to align operations with company goals.
Manage and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and profitability.
Handle
tenant and buyer inquiries
, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Communicate effectively with
VIP clients
and maintain strong business relationships.
Lead the
sales team
and ensure the achievement of targeted revenue and growth objectives.
Monitor market trends and provide insights on the
Dubai real estate market
, including both short-term and long-term rental sectors.
Ensure full compliance with Dubai Tourism and government regulations related to the
holiday homes business
.
Report directly to company leadership and provide regular updates on operational and financial performance.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in operations management, preferably within the
Dubai real estate or holiday homes
sector.
Strong understanding of Dubai's
sales and rental market
(short-term and long-term).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with VIP clients.
Proven ability to manage multiple departments and lead teams effectively.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
