The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Operations Manager
to oversee and optimize our daily operational activities. The ideal candidate will be a
strategic thinker
with a strong background in
process improvement, logistics, and resource management
. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently, meets performance targets, and maintains high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will be responsible for a wide array of duties, including but not limited to:
Process Optimization:
Analyze existing operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies for
efficiency improvement
and
cost reduction
.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring staff training and performance meet company standards.
Resource Management:
Oversee the allocation of resources, including
budgeting, inventory, and equipment
, to maximize productivity and meet business demands.
Compliance & Quality:
Ensure all operations comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and quality standards (
ISO, OSHA, etc., if applicable
).
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other department heads (Sales, Finance, HR) to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
Performance Reporting:
Develop and track key performance indicators (
KPIs
) and prepare detailed reports for senior management on operational effectiveness and strategy execution.
? Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
At least 2 years of proven experience in an
Operations Management
or similar leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Operations Management,
or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Demonstrated expertise in
process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies
Exceptional
leadership and people management
skills.
Strong
analytical and problem-solving
abilities, with a data-driven approach.
Excellent written and verbal
communication
skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems related to Holiday Homes operations.
