Manager - Operations
Location: Dubai, UAE
Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business activities, ensure operational excellence, and drive efficiency across all functions. The role will be responsible for managing resources, optimizing workflows, and supporting strategic growth initiatives while maintaining the highest service and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational performance, ensuring smooth execution of all processes and adherence to company policies
• Manage vendor and service provider relationships, ensuring deliverables, SLAs, and budgets are met.
• Monitor and optimize operational costs, budgets, and key performance metrics.
• Lead and develop operational teams, ensuring strong alignment with company goals and service standards.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, HR, facilities) to support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and internal governance policies.
• Support business expansion, new project setups, and resource planning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in operations, ideally within hospitality, retail, or service-driven environments.
• Proven experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of UAE business operations, health and safety, and compliance frameworks.
