Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in operations management and a passion for driving efficiency in the gas sector? We are seeking a dynamic

Operations Manager

to oversee and enhance the daily operations of our gas company.

What You'll Do:

Lead, supervise, and develop operational teams to ensure smooth and efficient plant activities. Monitor production, safety, and compliance standards, ensuring strict adherence to industry regulations. Drive continuous improvement, optimize workflows, and reduce operational risks. Collaborate closely with senior management to align operational strategies with business goals. Ensure effective resource allocation and cost management to maximize profitability.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's is a plus). Minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within the gas, oil, or energy sector. Strong knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations and industry compliance standards. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
