Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, Process) or similar. Advanced degree or strong professional certifications is a plus. A strong track record (10-15+ years) working in gas operations / midstream / downstream / pipelines etc., with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role. Deep technical know-how: equipment, operations, maintenance, reliability, asset integrity. Proven HSSE / regulatory compliance experience. Excellent problem solving, analytical skills, and experience using performance data to drive decisions. A leader who inspires, communicates clearly, and can coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders. Comfortable with operational software / tools (SCADA, CMMS, etc.).

Operations Manager

, you'll be at the heart of our operations, leading high-impact teams, improving processes, and ensuring that every day brings growth and opportunity.

What You'll Do

Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our gas facility/pipeline/storage network, making sure everything runs safely, reliably, and efficiently. Design, implement, and refine processes and maintenance programs (preventive, predictive, corrective) to maximize uptime and asset performance. Be a champion for HSSE: ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental standards. Use data and KPIs (e.g. production, downtime, maintenance cost) to spot opportunities, solve challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Manage resources smartly -- budget, manpower, materials -- to deliver results cost-effectively. Build, mentor, and inspire your operations & maintenance team; foster a culture of ownership, safety, and excellence. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, quality, regulatory bodies, and contractors to meet both daily and strategic goals. Ensure we're ready for emergency situations, risk assessments, and regulatory audits. Lead initiatives that bring in energy efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.
