Job Summary*
looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage security personnel, and ensure exceptional service delivery across all client sites.
Key Responsibilities*
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all security contracts and client sites in Dubai. Manage, train, and supervise security staff, including supervisors and guards. Ensure compliance with UAE security laws and regulations, including SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) standards. Conduct site inspections, audits, and performance reviews to maintain high operational standards. Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving any operational issues or concerns. Support business development with operational planning for new contracts or expansions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a security management or operations role in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE security regulations, including SIRA. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). UAE Driving License is an advantage SIRA Manager/Supervisor certification is an advantage.Job Type: Full-time
