Operation Manger
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:
Supervise and coordinate all construction project activities from inspection to completion.
Strategic Implementation:
Develop and implement operational strategies and process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
Resource Management:
Manage resource allocation, material planning, and inventory to insure availability for ongoing projects.
Budget and Financial Management:
Develop, monitor, and report on project budgets, operational expenses, and financial data to improve profitability.
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and mentor project managers, supervisors, and other team members, providing guidance and support.
Quality and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to project specifications, company procedures, and health, safety, and building codes.
Performance Monitoring:
Trak project progress, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet targets.
Subcontractor Management:
Oversee and manage subcontractor performance on various construction projects.
