Implement cost control, inventory management, and waste reduction initiatives.
Lead, train, and mentor managers, chefs, and service teams.
Drive employee engagement, succession planning, and talent development.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training workshops.
Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining the highest service and presentation standards.
