Salary : AED 5000 + Commission
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a seamless and premium customer journey
Lead and motivate sales and support teams to meet performance and service goals
Manage inventory, logistics, and vehicle deliveries with precision
Coordinate with marketing, finance, and after-sales departments for smooth cross-functional operations
Uphold showroom standards and brand integrity at every customer touchpoint
Analyze performance data and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and profitability
