Operations Manager - Duties & Responsibilities
1.? ?Daily Operations & Facility Management
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all academy zones
Oversee cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
Monitor schedules to ensure classes, PT sessions, and events run on time.
2.? ?Staff Supervision & Development
Manage and support coaches, reception, sales, housekeeping.
Schedule staff shifts and ensure proper coverage in all areas.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and motivate staff to achieve targets.
3.? ?Client Experience & Retention
Maintain a family-friendly, professional, and motivating environment.
Handle escalated member concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly.
Ensure excellent customer service at all touchpoints
Work with sales and PT teams to boost retention and member engagement.
4.? ?Sales & Revenue Support
Monitor and support sales team to achieve membership and PT targets.
Assist in planning promotions, offers, and campaigns in coordination with sales & marketing.
Track revenue performance and report results to CEO
5.? ?Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including OHC (Occupational Health Card) requirements.
Implement and monitor academy policies and procedures.
Ensure emergency and first aid readiness in all areas.
6.? ?Event & Program Coordination
Oversee academy events, seminars, and special classes (e.g., open days, boot camps, tournaments).
Coordinate with coaches to plan timetables and programs.
Ensure events run smoothly and align with the Sias brand standards.
7.? ?Inventory & Resource Management
Manage stock and supplies for the training equipment, and academy needs.
Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and equipment servicing.
Control costs while ensuring high-quality standards.
8.? ?Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Monitor KPIs: sales, PT sessions, class attendance, member retention, and customer satisfaction.
Provide weekly and monthly operational reports to CEO
Identify areas for improvement and suggest practical solutions.
