Jewellery Bride Arabia is a luxury jewellery exhibition hosted at the iconic Dubai World Trade Centre. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all event logistics and ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage all operational aspects of the exhibition, including venue setup, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Liaise with Dubai World Trade Centre, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met throughout the exhibition.
Manage exhibitor requirements and provide on-site support.
Create and monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational workflows.
Resolve challenges quickly to ensure smooth delivery of the event.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure exhibitor and visitor satisfaction.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in operations/project management (exhibitions, events, or conferences).
Strong knowledge of event logistics and vendor management in the UAE.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and timelines effectively.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
