We are now looking for an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive organisational efficiency, and support global growth.



This non-technical leadership role involves working closely with the CEO to oversee people operations, streamline processes, and build a high-performing team. Ideal candidates will have experience scaling early-stage ventures in fintech, crypto, or other fast-paced digital sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee company-wide operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments including HR, legal, finance, marketing, and business development Establish internal systems, processes, and performance metrics to support scalability and operational excellence Drive people operations: oversee hiring, onboarding, team development, and performance management Manage internal communications and team alignment, fostering a strong company culture in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environment Support the CEO in strategic planning, execution, and organisational growth

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in operational leadership roles, with a track record of success in scaling teams and processes in high-growth environments Strong background in people operations, organisational management, and cross-functional coordination Prior experience in fintech, crypto, trading platforms, or digital startups is strongly preferred Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Based in Dubai or willing to relocate Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage
