Role Summary


We are hiring an Operations Manager based in Dubai to lead daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure high standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily operations and administrative functions. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies. Monitor and report on operational KPIs and resource utilization. Collaborate across teams (engineering, sales, finance) to ensure smooth process flow. Identify and implement improvements to operational processes. Maintain operational budgets, supplier relationships, and vendor management.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or administrative management. Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with UAE business practices.
