Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Operations Manager
to oversee and enhance our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational, compliance, and process management skills, preferably with a background in
banking or financial services
, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and regulatory alignment within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily operations across sales, property management, and support functions.
Develop and implement operational policies, workflows, and compliance procedures in line with RERA, DLD, and UAE labor laws.
Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of employees.
Supervise documentation, contracts, and transaction processes (Form A, Form F, MOUs, tenancy contracts).
Monitor CRM system usage, ensuring accurate data entry and timely reporting.
Manage financial controls such as petty cash, commissions, invoicing, and expense tracking, in coordination with Accounts.
Ensure smooth communication between agents, management, landlords, tenants, and developers.
Conduct regular audits of operational procedures and recommend process improvements.
Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding performance, compliance, and business efficiency.
Support marketing and administrative activities, ensuring all campaigns and property listings comply with company standards.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of compliance, process control, and financial documentation.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
