The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive our growth strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about hospitality, excels in building high-performing teams, and is driven by operational excellence. You will be the key player in ensuring our guests receive an unparalleled experience while steering our brand through an exciting phase of expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership & Excellence:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
• Uphold and elevate all brand standards, including food quality, service protocols, health, safety, and hygiene.
• Implement and manage operational systems and procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Analyze financial reports, P&L statements, and KPIs to identify trends, control costs, and drive revenue growth.

Team Development & Management:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire Restaurant Managers and their teams to achieve peak performance.
• Spearhead recruitment, training, and development programs to build a robust talent pipeline for future growth.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy work culture centered on respect and excellence.
• Conduct performance reviews and create individual development plans for key team members.

Guest Experience & Brand Standards:

• Champion an exceptional guest experience, proactively addressing feedback and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Regularly audit restaurants to ensure compliance with brand standards and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain the brand's prestigious reputation and legacy through impeccable operational execution.

Growth & Expansion:

• Play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and execution of new restaurant openings across the UAE.
• Contribute to the development of operational strategies for scaling the brand successfully.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance restaurant performance and market presence.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Experience):

• A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a senior operations role within standalone or multi-unit restaurant operations.
• At least 2 years of UAE experience is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the local market and hospitality landscape.
• Proven track record of improving restaurant performance, driving sales, and managing profitability.
• Demonstrated success in building, training, leading, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for hospitality and a deep respect for culinary legacy and quality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead through a period of growth and change.
