We are seeking an experienced and highly organized

Operations Manager

to oversee daily business activities, ensure smooth workflow across departments, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to improve processes to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Lead, guide, and support cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and maintain a productive work environment. Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth business operations. Identify areas for improvement and provide training and development opportunities for team members to improve skills and performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Prepare and present operational reports to senior management. Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesians Nationality preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role preferably in the similar industry. Proven experience in managing teams, reporting, and driving operational efficiency. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and operational management tools. Knowledge of business processes, best practices, and compliance standards.
