About the Role:

MEBS Facility Services is looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Operations Manager

to oversee and lead day-to-day operations across

Security, Housekeeping, and Lifeguard

services for a workforce of

1000+ employees

. The ideal candidate must be

SIRA-certified as a Manager

, with proven experience in managing large teams in a fast-paced facilities management environment.

Immediate availability

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of the operations for

Security, Housekeeping, and Lifeguards

, ensuring service delivery meets client expectations and quality standards. Supervise and manage a large workforce (500+), ensuring effective manpower planning, deployment, and discipline across all service lines. Implement and monitor

SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs

to ensure high performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Ensure all

SIRA regulations

and health & safety standards are met for security operations. Manage contracts, budgets, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Build strong working relationships with clients, resolve escalations promptly, and conduct regular site visits. Lead, train, and mentor supervisors and team leaders to promote a culture of accountability, service excellence, and operational discipline. Report to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and strategic improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience

in Facility Management with direct exposure to

Security, Housekeeping, and/or Lifeguard

operations. Must hold a valid and active

SIRA Manager Certification

. Proven ability to manage large teams (1000+ manpower) across diverse service lines. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Sound knowledge of

local regulations, HSE standards

, and manpower management.

UAE Driving License

(Mandatory). Ability to join

immediately

(short notice or available in UAE preferred).
