Key Responsibilities

Production & Supply Chain

Oversee end-to-end production timelines, from sourcing to delivery Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure quality and timely output Implement lean processes to reduce waste and optimize resources

Inventory & Logistics

Manage inventory levels across warehouses and retail outlets Ensure accurate stock forecasting and replenishment Supervise shipping, customs, and last-mile delivery operations

Retail & E-Commerce Operations

Support store managers and online teams with operational tools and SOPs Monitor sales performance and customer service metrics Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are upheld

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and retail staff Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Collaborate with marketing, finance, and design teams to align goals

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor regulations Prepare operational reports and dashboards for senior leadership Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile

5+ years in operations, preferably in fashion, retail

Education

Bachelor's in Business, Fashion Management, or related field

Skills

Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills

Tech Savvy

Familiar with ERP systems, inventory tools, and e-commerce platforms

Communication

Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages a plus

Personality

Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
