Position Overview
We are hiring a bilingual (Arabic & English)
Operations & Sales Manager
to take ownership of operations, logistics, sales, and purchasing. The role also includes expanding our market by securing contracts with shops and showrooms across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics
Supervise daily workshop operations and ensure smooth production timelines
Manage procurement of raw materials, inventory, and vendor relations
Coordinate product delivery and transport logistics
Improve operational workflows and reduce production delays
Sales & Client Relations
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Handle client inquiries, quotations, and closing of deals
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Build partnerships with showrooms, furniture stores, and retail outlets
Generate new business opportunities and manage long-term client accounts
Purchasing & Vendor Management
Source materials at competitive prices
Maintain relationships with reliable suppliers
Track purchases and manage stock levels effectively
Requirements
3+ years in operations or sales (metal or furniture industry is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written)
Ability to multitask, self-manage, and work under pressure
UAE driving license preferred
Compensation
Base Salary:

Commission:
2% on monthly sales exceeding AED 10,000
Commission increases with higher monthly sales performance
