We're looking for an experienced and dynamic

Operations Manager

to lead the growth and day-to-day operations of one of our flagship retail brands. From store openings to in-store excellence, this role is at the heart of our retail evolution.

As our

Operations Manager,

you will be the driving force behind every element of retail execution for one of our most exciting brands. You'll manage the full operational cycle -- from launching new stores to ensuring every location operates smoothly, profitably, and consistently with the brand's DNA.

This is your chance to build something from the ground up, shaping retail operations across the GCC in a way that blends efficiency, brand storytelling, and customer delight.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the end-to-end operations

for one of our retail brands -- overseeing daily performance, team management, and long-term strategy.

Drive regional expansion

by managing store openings across the GCC: site readiness, cross-functional coordination, and launch execution.

Set up and enforce SOPs

to guarantee consistency in customer service, stock handling, visual merchandising, staffing, and compliance.

Own store P&Ls

, monitoring budgets, sales targets, and cost controls to ensure optimal performance.

Act as a bridge between head office and stores

, aligning operations with marketing, merchandising, HR, and logistics teams.

Build and develop strong store teams

, setting performance expectations, coaching managers, and ensuring high morale and engagement.

Monitor KPIs and performance reports

, using data to drive continuous improvement.

Maintain brand integrity

across all retail spaces -- from visual identity to the customer experience on the shop floor.

What You Bring:

5+ years of retail operations experience, ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors. Experience working for a retailer or franchiser with a growing footprint in the GCC. Proven ability to launch, scale, and operate multiple stores with excellence. Solid understanding of store operations, team development, stock control, and customer experience. High attention to detail with a strong commercial mindset. Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels. Willingness to travel across the GCC as required. Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
