We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our fit-out projects in Dubai. In this crucial role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that our high standards of quality, aesthetics, and timelines are met.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of construction and fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and budget.
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and performance against defined metrics, reporting regularly to senior management.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and site supervisors, fostering a culture of quality and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes during all phases of construction.
- Manage stakeholder communications, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
