We're looking for an experienced and results-driven
Operations Manager
to oversee daily operations, improve operational systems, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, an excellent communicator, and experienced in optimizing processes for efficiency and scalability.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all operations.
Follow up new Business opportunities & setting up meetings.
Planning and preparing presentations, communicating new products, developments to prospective client, overseeing the development of Marketing.
Managing & Retaining relationships with existing clients.
Facilitating smooth and easy execution of services.
Adhere to all agents' requirements to give them maximum satisfaction and create agent loyalty to company brand.
Follow-up cash / advances supplier's payment in coordination with the account to eliminate any issues, which can affect the service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure all services are delivered in accordance with client requirements
Follow up the confirmed business with all agents & coordinate with the company operation team in each office.
Handle unforeseen problems and complaints.
Get agents feedback about services provided to their clients, positive and negative points to improve our services.
Requirements:
Currently in UAE.
Previous Operational Management experience within the Travel Industry
IATA ticketing knowledge.
Assertive and proactive
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Valid UAE driving licenses.
Candidates must be fluent in multiple languages
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
