Oversee the planning and execution of MEP projects from inception to handover
Manage project teams, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery
Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices
Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Drive cost control, procurement, and vendor management
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in MEP operations or project management
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Proficient in project management tools and MS Office suite
Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and contract administration
