Responsibilities & Qualifications
Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and profitability of the company.
Analyze current operating procedures to identify areas of inefficiency or waste and implement clear plans that identify the steps required to achieve streamlined processes and cost reductions.
Work closely with planning teams to develop and implement project plans, labour resources, and budgets.
Lead project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, negotiate and resolve conflicts as they arise.
Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed of progress and to address any concerns they may have.
Ensure project documentation, client communication and QA/QC are adhered to by project teams.
Conduct regular site visits, meet all relevant parties, monitor progress, and ensure projects are on track.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for training and developing the operations team to ensure a high level of performance and client satisfaction.
Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
With BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent in process management
With strong leadership skills
With at least 5 years as Operations Manager
With at least 10 yrs experience in construction industry preferably in glass partition or interior fit out company
With Excellent Communication skills
