Job Description

We at Align Staffing are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee operations for our Aviation Division.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily operations, enhance and implement process improvements.

Manage budgets, staffing, and resources.

Monitor performance and implement improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Work closely with senior management to develop strategic plans.

Requirements:



Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Valid UAE Driving License.

4-5 years experience as an Operations Manager with a strong background in airport operations.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MSWord, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Excellent leadership, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours/Days:

9 hours/6 days a week
