decision filter, priority gatekeeper, and execution coordinator
--ensuring that business processes run smoothly, deliverables are met, and leaders are freed from daily operational bottlenecks and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Approval Window System:
Prepare, filter, and manage execution of all items requiring executive sign-off.
Standardize Processes:
Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring business functions (e.g., finance, legal, administration).
Drive Accountability:
Manage cross-functional alignment and keep projects moving efficiently without unnecessary escalation.
Escalation Management:
Serve as the single point of escalation for urgent or time-sensitive issues.
Team Coordination:
Facilitate weekly check-ins to ensure progress, visibility, and accountability on team deliverables.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an operational leadership role (COO-level experience in a mid-sized business preferred).
Strong process-building and systems-thinking skills.
High Kolbe Follow Thru and Fact Finder scores (or similar strengths in process orientation and detail management).
Ability to lead with clarity, communicate effectively, and execute with urgency.
Strategic thinker who is also hands-on and assertive in execution.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM .
