Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's is a plus). Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in signage or a related industry (print, fabrication, construction, etc.) Proven experience in managing production schedules, supply chain, procurement, and logistics. Strong understanding of fabrication methods - including CNC routing, large-format printing, laser cutting, vinyl application, welding, painting, and electrical wiring. Experience working with design-to-production workflows (especially with tools like AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, or other design/CAM software). Knowledge of OSHA and other safety compliance standards.

Budget management and cost-reduction strategies. Project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with ERP or Odoo systems.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day production operations and ensure timely delivery of signage projects. Manage workforce planning, including hiring, training, and supervising production staff. Optimize workflow, improve efficiency, and reduce waste. Ensure quality control and adherence to client specifications. Coordinate with sales, design, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain equipment and manage preventive maintenance schedules. Track progress and report on operational performance to senior leadership.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
