Connection Chauffeur Limo LLC, Dubai is seeking a proactive and experienced

Operations Manager

to oversee the full spectrum of operational activities. The role requires someone who can manage bookings, drivers, and airport transfers, build and retain client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Operations & Service Management:



Oversee and manage all daily bookings, scheduling, and dispatch operations. Ensure smooth and timely airport transfers, VIP services, and corporate movements. Monitor vehicle readiness, cleanliness, and service schedules to ensure fleet efficiency.

2. Team Leadership & Staff Management:



Build, manage, and lead operations team

, including dispatchers, coordinators, and administrative staff. Supervise, mentor, and train limousine drivers to maintain service excellence. Establish team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure alignment with company standards. Promote a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team.

3. Client Relations & Service Excellence:



Serve as the main point of contact for high-value clients and corporate accounts. Handle escalations, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and speed. Ensure a client-first mindset across all touchpoints, from booking to drop-off.

4. Business Growth & Sales:



Identify and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, and corporate clients. Contribute to marketing strategies to increase brand presence and revenue streams. Drive initiatives to upsell premium services and build long-term client relationships.

5. Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination:



Maintain and analyze operational reports and driver performance dashboards. Work closely with Accounts, HR, and Management for seamless coordination across departments. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal SOPs.

Qualifications:



3-5 years of proven experience in a similar operations management role, preferably in the limousine or transport industry. Strong team leadership skills and experience managing internal staff as well as field teams. Excellent multitasking abilities with a hands-on approach. Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Dubai roads and airport procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and booking platforms. Valid UAE driving license is preferred. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
