Job Description

The operations manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure the effective and efficient treatment of water. Their role is crucial for ensuring that all water purification, distribution, and waste treatment processes meet regulatory standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Staff Supervision:

Lead and manage the operations team (technicians, engineers, etc.). Develop staff training programs to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Schedule shifts and manage the workforce to ensure continuous operation.
2.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure that the water treatment processes comply with local regulations. Implement safety protocols to protect workers and the environment. Conduct regular inspections in locations.
3.

Maintenance and Equipment:

Oversee preventive maintenance of equipment and machinery. Ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally and address any issues that arise promptly. Coordinate with procurement of necessary chemicals, materials, and replacement parts.
4.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, water quality, and any incidents or maintenance. Document treatment processes, system performance, and any corrective actions taken.
5.

Customer Service:

Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service standards. Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to water quality or service interruptions.
6.

Sustainability Initiatives:

Implement sustainable practices in the treatment process, such as energy-efficient technologies or water c conservation strategies. Monitor environmental impact and work toward reducing waste and emissions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education

: A bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering or a related field.

Experience

: Experience in the water treatment industry, with a strong background in operations management.

Skills

: Leadership, problem-solving, project management, technical knowledge of water treatment processes, and communication.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
